Resolutions

December 15-21 2019

1. Ask for other people’s thoughts.

2. Refrain from worrying about the future.

3. Sit in silence, doing nothing, not even meditation, for 5 minutes a day.

October 19-25

1.  Notice the good intentions of other people

2   Do one act each day that reflects my deepest values.

3. Appreciate the love I receive.

June 9 – 15

  1. Stay in my secure mode when certain people around me feel challenged.
  2. Write at least 2 hours a day, everyday. (ha ha ha)
  3. Make a new friend before the end of 2013.

December 30 – January 5

  1. Waiting for a minute before committing myself to yet another wonderful project.
  2. Spending less.
  3. Meditating more.

 Novembetr 25 – December 1

  1. Getting back into an exercise schedule (ha ha ha)
  2. Writing for at least an hour every day.
  3. Getting into bed by 11:30 (even if it’s with a book)

March 22 – March 28

1. Getting back into an exercise schedule

2. Plan and plant an herb garden

3. Thoroughly learn three anatomical areas (foot, knee, shoulder) by the end of next month.

September 24-October 1

1. Playing online games a maximum of 1 hour a day

2. Not cutting people short on the phone.

3. Posting a blog every week to ten days.

June 5-11

1. Consciously let go of stories from the past in daily interactions

2. Stay grounded in my present blessings

3. Adopt intention and attention as my modus operandi 

May 1-7  

1. Pause before answering, acting, deciding, eating

2. Walk outside every morning for an hour before breakfast

3. Turn off everything electronic an hour before bedtime.

March 30, 2023

  1. Practice yoga outside whenever possible.
  2. Eat less, move more.
  3. Say yes.
